I suspect your hardware is incompatible.

- PS - The Toshiba Bluetooth Stack when used on unsupported adapters, has a 30 days evaluation period. Uninstalling and reinstalling the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack should restart the evaluation period, or just look for a crack.
